Long-term stay promotion, contact us
You are entitled to 30 kilowatts per rental day. If you exceed this limit, 3 pesos per kilowatt will be taken from your $200 deposit. The meter will be taken before and after your stay.
The $200 deposit will be returned to you after your stay if everything is put in order (cleanliness of the villa, bicycles, etc.) and according to your electricity consumption.
