• Twice weekly house cleaning service included.
• Check-in is at 5:00 pm and Check-out is at 9:00 am.
• Arrangements can be made if this causes a conflict.
• A refundable security deposit of $ 300 is required.
• Discount of 25% if rented and occupied within 15 days payment. (except holidays or with other promotions)
• 50% payment is due upon reservation and the balance in full is due 60 days before arrival.
• Cancellation policy is as follows; more than 60 days; credit towards stay at another time. 59-31 days; half credit for future stay. 30 days or less no refunds.
